It's natural to feel overwhelmed when navigating the complexities of your child's educational or behavioral needs. As a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and a parent, I understand the unique challenges and emotions that come with advocating for a young person's well-being and educational journey.

I grew up in Palm Beach County, where the foundation of my journey was laid. I pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences, concentrating in Psychology, at FAU Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College, graduating in 2002. This foundational understanding of human behavior and development sparked my commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Building on this, I earned my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Florida State University in 2009. This specialized training solidified my expertise in child development, learning processes, and effective educational interventions, preparing me to help young people meet their diverse educational needs.

My dedication to this field extends beyond formal education. As a proud and active member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP), I consistently engage with the latest research, best practices, and evolving legal frameworks in special education. This commitment ensures that my guidance is not only empathetic and practical but also informed by the most current advancements in the field.
